With two production sites, Brioches Fonteneau boasts a flexible, modern, high-performance facility.
It undergoes constant revision enabling it to adapt its output to changing demands, while satisfying the most exacting demands of the baker's art.
A unit dedicated to quality
Brioches Fonteneau has a site specifically devoted to this mission. Aside from a special laboratory, it also offers a production line for the manufacture of preliminary series prior to the launch of a "full-scale" product.
Naturally, quality is the focus of the Brioches Fonteneau manufacturing strategy.
A quality team is assigned to control and supervise compliance with the manufacturing process. Likewise, the HACCP procedure guarantees the elimination of all risks of product contamination, from chemical and microbiological factors through to GMO and allergens. All the production sites are certified in accordance with IFS and BRC version 5 Higher level.
In environmental terms, carrying on a clean activity does not preclude the company from conducting efforts to recycle and valorise all its packaging and generate the least possible amount of organic waste.
